Due to the overwhelming express and concern by the first 2 videos, we decided to put up a Great Leg Workout Video 3 part series. There were many people who though that Dre was a one trick pony, meaning that he is all upper body and couldn’t squat 135lbs. . . . well this is not the case at all.

This is part 1 of a 3 part video with almost 20 minutes of footage.

Dre in his own words:

Now it’s complete. Here is the leg video. I had fun making it and I hope you all enjoy it. We will bring something different each time that will make you go Hmm.

Well, I think we got it. We’ve seen a lot of upper body, and lower body each exclusively, but we haven’t seen both from one person. Enjoy, and once I gain my good weight back without a stomach because I work abs daily, I’m looking at pyramiding up to 500lbs on the bench, and going for 50reps with 225lbs, 25-27reps with 315, and 10-12reps with 405lbs. Thank you and enjoy, oh and we are making a video as well this summer of these attempts at these goals, so stay tuned.
