This post is an introduction to the 10 Minute Trainer series.
10 Minute Trainer
As some of you have already noticed, I have finished ALL of the Insanity video reviews, everything from the regular Insanity to Fast & Furious to the Asylum series. Thank you all for coming through and checking them out. I have received a metric ton of traffic from you through referrals and from the search engines that placed me on the very first page, and in some cases as the #1 position on the planet! So it’s pretty obvious that you guys want more reviews, so now you will get more. Currently, I am doing the 10 Minute Trainer series by Tony Horton. I just posted the first review here. In typical Charles Lloyd fashion, I try and cover as much as I possibly can so that you will know EXACTLY what you are getting yourself into. In the meantime, have a look at the two-minute video below.

As noted in the video, the program works on a “Superstacking” method. What that means in plain English is like the theory of “compounding” just like back in the olden days, when you could put money in the bank and draw interest on that money. Basically you will be take a body part then add targeted exercises to that body part, then you will “layer” more and more exercises on top of each other; this creates long lean muscle tone. That is it, pretty simple eh? So no longer do you have an excuse not to workout.
