Yep, you read that right, I have begun writing my first book entitled “Fitness is moar gooder wif this book. Lol!!!!!11! The complete unadulterated guide to Physical and Mental Fitness for Sarcastic People.” And yes that is the whole name of the book.

Before all you guys get bent out of shape and start asking crazy ass question such as: How long are you going to be leaving? What do we do about world poverty? Can you loan me 20 bucks? Blah, Blah, Blah.

Let’s get a few things straightened out first. First, I am self-publishing this book. Why? That’s a great question.

1. Because I want to.

2. I have no interest in going to beg some big publisher to publish and promote my book.

3. I don’t care if I only sell two books (one to myself and one to my best friend), or sell 1,000,000 books. Writing a book has to do with building the “Charles Lloyd Physical and Mental Fitness for Sarcastic People” brand. It has nothing to do with me wanting to be a professional writer. If you actually saw my unedited writing like Julie does, then you would find something full of run-on’s, comma splices and incomplete ideas. Don’t get me wrong, I pretty much wrote everything on this website, but only after many hours of editing to most of them before the posts went live.

4. Who does not want to write a book in their lifetime? What are you waiting for?

Q&A

Q. What is the format of the book and what will it contain?

A.  The book is going to be structured a lot like this website; it will focus on fitness, diet, and nutrition all from a sarcastic standpoint. It will have tons of analogies and humor, and it will kick major tail. Oh ya, and whatever else I may feel like writing about.

Q. What if it does not sell well?

A. I don’t care. The book will be an extension of me; so if you like me, you will love the book. If you think I’m stupid and my writing sucks, then this will give you a chance to confirm your thoughts and I will even provide you with a hard copy to prove your point. It’s the gift that keeps on giving.

Q. When will it be available?

A.  First Quarter of 2011.

Q.  How many pages will it be?

A.  Anywhere between 100 and 200 pages, so relatively short. I personally hate long drawn out books. I am going to get straight to the point, say what I got say, and end it.

Q. Where can I buy the book?

A.  Probably only Amazon.com when it does become available.
