Hi everyone, Here is the FIIT Camp Schedule- May 2011.

FIIT Camp Schedule – May 2011

Based on the responses from everyone, and the fact that we have some new people starting as well (Hi Sara and her friends), This is our official schedule for FIIT Camp beginning on Monday, May 9th.  Remember, this is for four weeks only so I know you can commit to that!!

Dates:               Monday, May 9 through Saturday June 4. (only one holiday, Mon. May 30th.  We will discuss that day)

Days & Times:  Monday & Wednesday – 6:30 p.m. to 7:15 p.m.(45-60 mins)
Saturday at 7:30 a.m. (45-60 mins)

Location:          East Portal Park, 51st and J off of Rodeo (possibly Mercy hospital auditorium depending upon weather conditions)

Cost:                 $100 for the 4-week, 12-class, session. (If you can’t commit to all, it’s $12/per class (you save if you pay for the entire session). :’). Payment will be due no later than Wednesday, May 11th.

What to expect: I promise not to kill you at the beginning. :’). We will start off at lower level of volume and intensity and will increase the levels of volume and intensity each week (periodization)  This will build your cardiovascular endurance and muscle strength, and will serve to push you, not make you want to quit. :’)

I promise you will have fun, it will be hard, but anything worth doing is difficult.  I will give you best each and every class.  I expect you to do the same.  Remember what FIIT stands for:

Focused
Intentional
Intensity
Training

You get out of it what you put into it.  I know you will enjoy it, be challenged, and have a great time.  I’m looking forward to seeing all of you and making this a fantastic session.

I’ve attached my waiver form and a flyer.  Please print out the waiver, fill it out, and bring it with you on Monday.  Also, please pass out the flyer to anyone you know and invite a friend.  Remember, your friends can come for one class at no cost just to check it out.  However, if your friend signs up, I will give you a $20 credit for the referral.  (If you sign up 5 new people, that makes your session free!)

NOTE: I am unable do the Antelope classes at Lone Oak Park on Tuesdays and Thursdays this session. I’m hoping Tamara and Bev will be able to attend the sessions at East Portal Park instead. I do plan on doing them in Antelope next session though. I know you can make it to East Portal at least two out of the three days!!  :’)
