Begin in half-squat position with hands up. Very important to keep your navel pulled into your spine at all times.  (The power for the turn comes from your core.)  Perform three quick, low hops. From this position, jump and turn very quickly 180 degrees (you will be facing the opposite direction).

Repeat. Keep doing these for either a set number or a set time.  Keep good form and turn from the core.
