A very important business decision has been made recently by me and my business partner Julie in respect to Who we are and the direction of this website.
Who we are
First of All…
But before we get to that (*pulls out a piece of folded up notebook paper*) I want to first thank my production manager, Charles Lloyd, my assistant, Charles Lloyd, the stooges running the production truck, Charles Lloyd and Julie Dean. Jac and JIL records, Selrahc studios, my baby mamma, all my boys down at the liquor store on 5th and Alhambra. My jeweler Punjab and Co. fa keepin’ ya boy laaaaced, Black Craig for spottin’ me bail money last week. I want to give it up to all my Twitter and Facebook fans, all my girls up in the nose bleed seats (*points up in the sky*)…Yeah I love you too! To my boys in Sac County Jail, I got chu’ a “Cadillac” commissary draw when I get paid on the 1st, my sponsors Mickey’s Malt Liquor, Pabst Brewery and Maddog 20/20. Any anybody else I forgot you know I got chu’, oh and that trick I met at the club last year and I had to go on Maury. . .
On with the show
We are not going to turn this into a bodybuilding or a weight lifting website. I mentioned in myBio that when I first started off, I started out by lifting weights. While it was good for the time being, over time I began to realize that my body responds best to circuit, bodyweight and ploymetric training. So, in order to provide you with the best information possible, I am going to share with you what works best for me.
As you may have noticed, I posted videos of my cousin Andre doing some obscene shit in the gym. Unlike Andre, my body doesn’t work like his. Don’t get me wrong, I love watching him doing his thang; but just like I love to watch MMA fighting, I have ZERO desire to actually do it – I don’t get a hard-on for being able to lift 900lbs. While it’s great for some, I doubt I will ever be able to lift what he can, and I don’t really have the motivation to do so.
I cannot give you a quantified assessment of doing weight lifting because I suck at it. My best gains in fitness have always come from doing circuit, ploymetric and bodyweight training; it is what I excel at and what I like best.
Years earlier I probably would have told you differently; but I am in my 5th year of consistent fitness training and I am learning to accept myself for what I am.
Who we are
I’m not going to tell you how you should eat 1 gram of Protein per pound of body weight which is BS.
If you want to look like Mr. Olympian Ronnie Coleman or Jay Cutler, look to your left – the guy in THAT picture is me. Do you even remotely think that I could even come close to telling you anything about looking like Mr. Coleman or Mr. Cutler? But, since you’re sarcastic, that means you’re smart, so I’m not going to elaborate on that anymore – you can figure out the rest.
This website is going to be about Circuit, Plyometric and Bodyweight training, all of which and provide useable fitness…fitness that applies to Sarcastic People.
Thanks for looking at my post on Who we are.
